The exhibition area of the history hall is about 1560 square meters, consisting of seven sections: the preface hall, the brief history of Fengxian, the local industry, the city, the people and the affairs, the competition for the country and the tail hall.

It mainly tells about the historical development process of Fengxian, the prosperity of salt, cotton and fishing industries, the prosperity of the town trade, the virtuous people and the anti-Japanese War.

The whole exhibition connects the cultural lines of the sages with the story points, presenting the cultural tradition of respecting the virtuous people from the Neolithic Age and the beginning of the past dynasties.
