Reservation method

2. Make an appointment on the official website: www.fxbwg.cn. Click [Visit appointment] and select an individual/team appointment

3. On-site ticket collection: If you do not reach the real-time flow limit of the exhibition hall, you can line up with the second-generation ID card at the ticket collection machine for on-site ticket collection. (Visitors without ID cards can enter their ID number at the ticket machine No. 3 to collect tickets.

Booking instructions

1. Individual and group reservations are available, all under the real-name system. Please provide the real name and second-generation ID number of the person making the reservation. Each valid ID card is limited to one reservation per day.

2. Personal network reservation must be made one day in advance, and team network reservation must be made two days in advance. The number of team members is 10-30, and reservation cannot be made on the same day.

3. Open Day can be booked every day: 9:00-12:00 am, 12:01-16:00 PM, please pick up tickets within the booked time, late will be cancelled.

4. In order to ensure the safety of cultural relics and order of visitors, the museum implements a limited number of visitors and orderly control.

5. After successful reservation, please show the QR code to enter the museum on the day of visit (QR code can be queried in Visit Reservation - Check my reservation). If you miss the reservation date, the reservation will be cancelled.

Tips: In order to meet the temperature and humidity requirements of cultural relics, the constant temperature in the museum is about 20℃, please increase or decrease clothes moderately!

Explanatory notes

1. Group explanation: The museum provides group explanation service every Tuesday to Sunday, and the number of groups is limited to 10-30 people. Each team can book a maximum of two presentations on the same day. If you need to explain, please make an appointment 48 hours in advance by telephone: 021-37136868 (if there is any change, please inform us 24 hours in advance)

2. Audio guide: The audience can rent audio guide equipment and listen to the explanation. Two permanent exhibition hall equipment rental free of charge.

Subway Line 5 to [Jinhai Lake Station], exit 1, walk 100 meters south to the bus stop and transfer to Fengxian 21 bus

Take bus Fengxian No.21 to [Hudi Road Hupan Road Station] and walk 800 meters to the south.

Parking notice

Visitors who come by car can park in the underground parking garage of Fengxian Museum and the ground parking lot of the Youth Art Park (opposite the Fengxian Museum) for free.
